Judgment : Issue notice to all the writ petitioners before the High Court. The notice may be effected, apart from the ordinary mode, by putting it on this Court's website in course of the day; in addition to the Court's website, the notice shall also be put on the website of the Ministry of External Affairs. The Office of the Attorney General may also telephonically intimate some of the writ petitioners (respondents before this Court) about the notice having been put on the websites of the Court and the Ministry of External Affairs as per the direction of the Court. Put up on October 18, 2011 at the top of the Boardas first case. Till further orders, the operation of the High Court order shall remain stayed.
