JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “(i) That the order of selection of the respondent No.7 made by the selection committee consisting of respondents No.3 to 6, against the post of part time water carrier in Government Primary School, Simbalbala may kindly be quashed and the respondents may please be directed to select and appoint the applicant on the same post of part time water carrier w.e.f. the date the respondent No.7 has been selected along with all consequential benefits i.e. seniority, arrears of pay and allowances.” 2. In case the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the selection, it is for him to bring it to the notice of the Deputy Commissioner/competent authority. It is submitted that though represented, no action was taken. Be that as it may. In view of the stand taken in the reply, in case the petitioner has still any grievance left, it will be open to him to bring it to the notice of the Deputy Commissioner within a period of two months from today, in which case the matter will be duly considered by the Deputy Commissioner/competent authority and appropriate action will be taken in the matter in accordance with law, with notice also to the affected party, within another three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
