JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The Appellant is aggrieved with the acquittal of the Respondents by the 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea in S. Tr. No. 146/90/69/91 by a judgment dated 17.02.1993 of the charges under Sections 396 and 412 IPC. 2. From the judgment of acquittal, I find that the Court was of the view that three of the Appellants were agnates of the informant and it was improbable that they would commit the offence even while their own families were residing in the same courtyard and had also sustained injuries. 3. As for the acquittal of the rest it was for the reason that their names transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused of which there was no corroborative evidence. In view of such sound reasoning of the Trial Court, I am not inclined to interfere with the present appeal, the same is dismissed.
