JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. Petitioner has challenged the selection process for the post of Patwari, initiated in the year 2005. The case of the petitioner precisely is that his answer sheet has not been properly evaluated by the Selection Committee. The averment made to this effect is vague and sketchy. There is no mala fide alleged against the members of the Selection Committee. The petition has been filed on the basis of apprehensions. 2. The merit of the petitioner vis-à-vis selected candidates, has been gone into by a duly constituted Selection Committee. This Court will not sit in appeal over the recommendations made by the Selection Committee. Moreover, the present petition lacks material particulars. The allegations contained in the petition have not been substantiated by placing on record tangible evidence. 3. Accordingly, in view of the observations and discussion made hereinabove, the present petition is dismissed, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
