JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- “I. That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued and the respondents may kindly be directed to give the work charge status to the present petitioners from the month of March 2000 to August 2000. II. That the respondent department may kindly be directed to give all the consequential benefits to the present petitioners including the financial benefits for which the petitioners are held entitled by this Hon’ble Court.” 2. It is seen from the reply that the eligible benefits have already been disbursed to the petitioners. In case, the eligible benefits have not been actually disbursed to the petitioners, the same shall be disbursed to them within one month from today. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
