JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “(i) Directing the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner w.e.f. 1.1.2009 as per policy of the State Govt. after his having rendered 8 years of continuous service with the respondents and further directions be issued to g rant all consequential benefits to the petitioner, while granting him the benefit of regularization from the due date as has been done in the case of Sh. Som Dass vide Annexure P-2, P-3 and P-4 who has been extended the benefit of regularization with all consequential benefits from the due date in pursuance to the orders passed by the learned erstwhile Tribunal and affirmed by this Hon’ble Court.” 2. It is seen that the petitioner has submitted Annexure P-5, representation. There will be a direction to the second respondent/competent authority to look into Annexure P-5 and take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law, adverting to the submissions made by the petitioner and without discriminating him. The needful, as above, shall be done within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with the copy of writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
