JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers: “(i) That the appointment of respondent No.9 as Instructor NRBC i.e. non-resident backward classes at Centre Anji, Pujarli under Government Primary School, Bhinaghat, Tehsil Rajgarh, District Sirmaur, H.P may kindly be quashed and set aside in the interest of justice. (ii) That the petitioner may kindly be appointed as Instructor NRBC i.e. non-resident backward classes at Centre Anji, Pujarli under Government Primary School, Bhinaghat, Tehsil Rajgarh, District Sirmaur, H.P.” 2. In the nature of the order, we propose to pass, it is not necessary to go into the merits of the case and issue notice to the private respondents. We are of the view that the petitioner is free to bring the grievances to the notice of the respondent, in which case the 4th respondent will get an opportunity to look into the matter and if necessary take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of as follows: 3. There will be a direction to the 4th respondent to look into the matter with notice to the petitioner and respondents No.7 to 9 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 4th respondent by the petitioner. The petitioner will also serve a copy of this judgment and the copy of the writ petition on respondents No.7 to 9. 4. The learned counsel may take back the copies of the writ petition either from the Registry of this Court or from the office of the Advocate General. 5. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
