JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Mr. P.P. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of, having become infructuous. However, since the petitioner belongs to lowest starta of the society, in case he is still aggrieved, he is at absolute liberty to approach this Court for the redressal of his grievance.
