JUDGMENT :- 1. These writ petitions were listed under the caption `for withdrawal', based on the letter submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had also sought permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and he had also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of the letter submitted by the counsel appearing for the petitioner and also based on the endorsement made, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
