JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “i) That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued and the respondents may kindly be directed to allow to the petitioner the revised pay scales w.e.f. 01.01.1986 instead of 03.11.1989 with all consequential benefits.” 2. In case the petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioners covered by judgment in CWP No.151 of 2004 and in case the said judgment has become final, the petitioner cannot be discriminated. 3. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to take appropriate action in the case of the petitioner herein also, in the light of the judgment referred to above, within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. 4. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
