JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to release the grant-in-aid to the petitioner as per performa (Annexure P-3) with interest @ 9% p.a.” 2. The petitioner may produce a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition before the second respondent/competent authority, in which case the matter will be looked into and appropriate action in accordance with law and justice, in the matter, will be taken by the second respondent/competent authority within another three months. In case the petitioner is found entitled to any benefits, the same shall also be disbursed to him within another one month. 3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
