JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the case of the petitioner keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case as mentioned herein above without discriminating the petitioner from the date on which the appointment has been given to junior persons.” 2. It is submitted that the persons, whose cause of action arose only after that of the petitioner, have been offered appointment on regular basis, while the petitioner has been left out. There will be a direction to the respondents to take a final decision in the matter adverting also the submissions made by the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
