JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “(i) That a writ in the nature of certiorari and mandamus may kindly be issued for quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 30.11.2010 contained in Annexure P-11 passed by respondent No.4 and the respondent No.2 may be further directed to decide the appeal on the basis of the certificate contained in Annexure P-1.” 2. It is seen that the Deputy Commissioner has already decided the appeal by order dated 16th March, 2011 against the petitioner. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of without prejudice liberty to the petitioner, if so advised, to pursue the matter in appropriate proceedings. A copy of the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner is taken on record. The copy be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
