JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. Mr. R.P. Singh, learned Assistant Advocate General on the basis of instructions imparted to him, by way of the communication dated 16th March, 2011, submits that the case(s) of the petitioners shall be duly re-considered for promotion for the year 2003. 2. The needful shall be done within six week from today. The process shall be initiated and completed, as per the old Recruitment and Promotion Rules. The present petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
