JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The issue raised in this writ petition pertains to counting of services rendered as Panchayat Secretaries under Panchayat Simiti by the petitioners as qualifying service for the purpose of pension and other retiral benefits. The issue is covered by the judgment of this Court in CWP No.1802 of 2002 titled State of H.P. versus Bashesha Lal. It is submitted that the judgment has become final and has attained finality. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate action in the case of the petitioners herein also, in the light of the judgment referred to above and take appropriate action in the matter. The needful be done within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the petitioners concerned. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
