JUDGMENT Deepak Gupta, J. The main relief claimed in the petition is that the respondent-State had wrongly raised the minimum educational qualification from Graduation to Post Graduation. It is not disputed that in fact, no selection was made pursuant to the impugned advertisement and fresh advertisement was issued later on. Since no selection had been made pursuant to the impugned advertisement, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
