Judgment :- 1. Mr.M.Govindaraj, the learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. 2. Heard the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. In view of the impugned order of the first respondent, dated 31.12.2010 and the memorandum issued by the second respondent, dated 15.2.2011, the petitioner shall submit all the relevant and necessary documents, to the first respondent, within a period of fifteen days from today. On full compliance of the requirements by the petitioner, including the submission of the relevant and necessary documents, the first respondent shall consider the application of the petitioner, for the renewal of his license in Form L-1 and L-4, dated 22.2.2007, and also the application for the renewal of permits, dated 20.2.2008, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner should co-operate, fully, in the proceedings before the first respondent. The writ petition stands disposed accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P.Nos.1, 2 and 3 of 2011 are closed.
