JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “(a) That a writ of mandamus may kindly be issued to the respondents directing them to promote the petitioner to the post of complaint Clerk or work Inspector from the date persons junior to him have been promoted.” 2. It is for the second respondent to take appropriate action in the matter. It is submitted that despite representation, no action has still been taken. But no affected persons are on the party array. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to look into the matter with notice to the petitioner and the affected parties and take appropriate action thereon within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and list of affected parties by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
