JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The Writ Petition is filed mainly with the following prayer: “ It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this writ petition may very kindly be allowed and appropriate writ, order or direction may very kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner against the respondents thereby directing the respondents to pay all retiral benefits like gratuity, pension etc. alongwith interest @ 12% per annum.” 2. According to the petitioner, his case is covered by the decision of Hon’ble Apex Court in Mool Raj Upadhaya vs. State of H.P., 1994 supp. (2) SCC 316 and that of this Court in State of Himachal Pradesh & ors Versus Sarab Dayal in CWP No. 180 of 2001, decided on 19.7.2007. The petitioner may produce a copy of this judgment alongwith copy of the Writ Petition before the first respondent, in which case, the first respondent will look into the matter, verify the facts and take appropriate action in accordance with law, adverting to the submissions made by the petitioner within another four months. 3. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
