JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. Heard. Delay in filing the review petition is condoned. The application is disposed of. This review petition is misconceived since it has already been made clear in the judgment itself that the benefit of 50% of the daily waged service need be granted only subject to the outcome of the matter now pending in the Apex Court in State of Himachal Pradesh & others Vs. Sarab Dayal. Therefore, the review petition is dismissed.
