Order Heard learned counsel for the appellants as well as learned counsel for the State. 2. This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 9.7.2009 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7693 of 2009 (Ram Ayodhaya Prasad & Am. VS. The State of Bihar & Ors.). 3. The relief sought in the writ petition is mainly for quashing the registered sale deed of an apartment alongwith other connected reliefs. The learned Single Judge, finding it not be a case where this Court would interfere under its extraordinary prerogative writ jurisdiction dismissed the writ petition with liberty to move before the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction, if so advised. We find no infirmity in the order under appeal. 4. However, we would clarify that the petitioner, if so advised, may approach the competent authority in accordance with law for redressal of his grievances which shall not be under the writ jurisdiction of this Court. 5. With the aforesaid clarification, the appeal stands dismissed.
