JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge In sequel to order dated 8th December, 2010, the supplementary affidavit stands filed. It is evident from the contents of Annexure A-1, dated 28th February, 2011 that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and he has been regularized on the post of Driver w.e.f. 01.01.1994 in the pay scale of `950-2130/-. Consequently, the petition is rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
