Judgment :- 1. The respondent is present in Court, today, as per the orders of this Court, dated 01.03.2011. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the amount of Rs.4,87,070/- is kept ready by the respondent, to be refunded to the petitioner. It is for the petitioner to receive the same from the office of the respondent. 3. In view of such submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, since, no further orders are necessary, this contempt petition stands closed.
