JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. Mr. Neeraj Gupta, learned Counsel for the plaintiff prays for and is permitted to withdraw the present suit in order to enable the plaintiff to move an appropriate application for enforcement of the order passed by this Court on 17th September, 2009 in this case, in OMP No. 337 of 2009. 2. Consequently, the present suit is dismissed as withdrawn, so also the pending application(s), if any.
