Judgment :- 1. From the records, it is seen that this Court, by earlier order dated 25.11.2009, granted a last chance to the petitioner for payment of batta on or before 09.12.2009 making it clear that failure in compliance in that regard, the writ petition would be rendered automatically dismissed as against the concerned respondents without reference to this Court. 2. Now, it is reported that so far the petitioner has not complied with the direction of this Court for payment of batta. Therefore, this Court is constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non compliance as mentioned above. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. No Costs. MP.No.1 of 2008 is closed.
