JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “A) The petitioner humbly pray that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State by way of issuance of a writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner for promotion to the post of Assistant Professor Paediatrics under H P Medical Education Service w.e.f. December 2000 and grant him his due seniority in the cadre with all consequential benefits and confer upon the petitioner his promotions with due dates with consequential benefits.” 2. The representations, Annexures P-4, P-5 and P-6 are pending before the respondent. There will be a direction to the respondent to look into those representations and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition, by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
