JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. Mr. Anup Rattan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No.7687 of 2010, the present petition is rendered infructuous. Consequently, the same is dismissed having infructuous, so also the pending application(s), if any. Ad-interim order, dated 1.12.2010 is vacated. No costs.
