JUDGMENT :- 1.At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that effective steps have been taken to implement the Family Security Fund scheme and the Medical Assistance scheme to the pensioners of the Panchayat union. 2.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, since, no further orders are necessary, this Writ Petition stands closed.
