Judgment :- 1. This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to re-employ the petitioners, as Drivers and conductors, as per Section 25H of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, and as per the Memorandum of understanding, dated 25.06.1997. 2. It is a well settled position of law that such a relief cannot be granted by this Court, invoking its power, under Article 226 of constitution India. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. However, it would be open to the petitioners to seek their relief, before the appropriate authority, as per law.
