JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner was originally appointed as PTA teacher in Govt. Senior Secondary School, Khun. In case, any teacher in the said school in the subject of the petitioner is willing to be accommodated in any other school, in the resultant vacancy, the petitioner may be engaged, in case he is otherwise eligible. 2. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
