Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents had placed before this Court an order of the second respondent, in Na.Ka.No.1696/11/A4, dated 8.3.2011, wherein, it has been stated that the order of the Taxation Appellate Tribunal, dated 10.10.2010, in T.A.T.No.330/2000/A-17, had already been implemented. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had not refuted the said submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the writ petition stands closed, as no further orders are necessary. No costs.
