JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i. That respondents may be ordered to grant three advance increments to the late husband of the petitioner w.e.f. 1.1.1978 and the monetary benefits be given to the petitioner being his legal heir/nominee.” 2. According to the petitioner, the case is covered by the decision of this Court in Babu Ram and anr. vs. State of H.P. and ors. (CWP No. 511/2001), which has been implemented by the State. Petitioner submits that she would file an appropriate representation furnishing all factual details before the competent authority within a period of one month from today. It is always open for her to do so. It is for the petitioner to point out all these aspects before the first respondent, in which case the matter will be duly examined by the first respondent, after verifying the facts, and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law and also in light of the decision, referred to above, if applicable, within four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition. 3. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
