JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “1. Direct the respondents by way of issuance of Mandamus to act upon communication Annexure P-2 dated 17.10.206 written by respondent No.4 to respondent No.3 and take necessary action thereupon and settle the accounts of Tissa III Water Shed Charodi I, II and III project works carried out by the petitioner and pay to the petitioner due and admissible amounts along with such interest as this Hon’ble Court deems fit on account of delay in settling the accounts.” 2. It is for the third respondent to take action in the matter. There will be a direction to third respondent/competent authority to take appropriate action in the matter in accordance with law after affording an opportunity for hearing to the petitioner also within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the third respondent. 3. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
