JUDGMENT Deepak Gupta, J. 1. This petition has become infructuous because the only relief claimed in this petition is that the order of suspension of the petitioner be set aside. The petitioner has already retired from service, and therefore nothing survives in the petition. I have been informed at the bar that the petitioner has been acquitted, but it has not been ascertained whether any appeal has been filed or not. In case, the petitioner has any grievance, he is at liberty to file fresh petition in accordance with law. No costs.
