JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner is aggrieved since he has not been granted daily wage status even after completion of 10 years of service. Petitioner submits that he would file an appropriate representation furnishing all factual details before the competent authority within a period of one month from today. It is always open for him to do so. Being a policy matter to grant such status, in case it has not been done, there will be a direction to second respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action, after verifying the factual particulars, within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 2. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
