JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner, who is a Revenue Chowkidar, is aggrieved since he is not granted daily wage status. According to the petitioner, as per the policy prevailing with the State, he is entitled to regularization. One such policy is dated 27.2.2004, specially framed for Revenue Chowkidars. There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action in the case of the petitioner, on verification of facts, in light of the policy within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 2. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so along the pending application (s), if any.
