ORDER : S.H. Kapadia, CJI., Swatanter Kumar, JJ. Learned counsel for the petitioner hands over a copy of the Recommendations of the Monitoring Committee to the learned counsel for the State of Madhya Pradesh. In the circumstances, State of Madhya Pradesh will file it's response within two weeks to the Recommendations of the Monitoring Committee. No further adjournment will be granted on this count. 2. Mr. T.S. Doabia, learned senior counsel, who appears for Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Union of India, states that Ministry of Health and Family Welfare will also file it's response. 3. In the meantime, we are placing on record an important aspect which has been brought to the notice of this Court. 4. We are informed that the staff in the Hospital have certain demands. They are asking for payment of wages on the basis of VIth Pay Commission Report, which, we are informed, has been agreed to, in principle. However, no steps have been taken to meet those demands. Union of India as well as the State Government shall also respond in this regard on the next date of hearing. 5. Place this matter on 9th January, 2012.
