Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that all the qualified members of the petitioner union had been regularised in service in the first respondent institute. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, since no further orders are necessary, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
