JUDGMENT Deepak Gupta, J. Affidavit has been filed by Sh.R.D.Dhiman, Secretary (Rural Development) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in which it is clearly stated that all retiral benefits were paid to late Sh.Goverdhan Singh and details thereof have been given. Revised pay arrears were also paid to Smt.Tara Devi, widow of Sh.Goverdhan Singh on 3.7.2009 and receipt has been attached therewith. It is thus clear that nothing survives in the petition which is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
