Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. This writ petition, which had been filed, originally, praying for a writ of Mandamus, to forbear the second respondent from, in any manner, proceeding further, by initiating disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner. Later, by way of an amendment of the prayer, ordered by this Court, by its order, dated 30.08.2010, in W.P.M.P.No.17865 of 2006, the prayer had been amended challenging the order of the second respondent, dated 06.03.2006, terminating the petitioner from service, by way of a writ of certiorarified mandamus. 3. In view of the decision of a Larger Bench of this Court, reported in K.Marappan Vs. The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies and the Special Officer, Vattur Co-operative Agricultural Bank ( 2006(4) CTC 689 ), A.S.Subramani Vs. The Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies and the Special Officer ( 2006(4) CTC 444 ), T.K.Ananda Sayanan Vs. The Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies, Vellore Region and the Special Officer Sinampattadai Primary Agricultural Cooperative Bank ( 2007(5) CTC 1 ) and R.Ratnakrishnan Vs. The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies (2007 (6) MLJ 455), the present writ petition is not maintainable. As such, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected WPMP is closed.
