JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “a) That the impugned act of the respondents, which amounts to executive inaction, may very kindly be quashed and set aside with directions to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and allow him joining with respondent No.3 as teacher in Foundry or in the alternative give adjustment to the petitioner with respondent No.4, where said post is lying vacant on account of transfer of an incumbent to respondent No.3 at the place of the petitioner.” 2. According to the petitioner, an open vacancy is available at Hamirpur. It is for the second respondent to consider the matter and take appropriate action. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to look into the above submission in light also of the pleadings in the writ petition and take appropriate action in accordance with law within one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 3. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
