JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The petitioner is aggrieved since he is not permitted to continue as PTA Teacher. He has been replaced by 4th respondent, who is a regular recruitee. According to the petitioner, there are vacant posts, where the 4th respondent can be conveniently accommodated. In case, the petitioner produces willingness of the 4th respondent to work in any of the vacant places, second respondent shall take appropriate action to post the 4th respondent in any of such vacancies and in the resultant vacancy, the petitioner shall be engaged as PTA Teacher, in case he is otherwise entitled to be engaged and shall continue till he is otherwise replaced by a regular recruitee. 2. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
