JUDGMENT Kuldip Singh, Judge The learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that the present petition is covered by the judgment dated 08.03.2011 passed in CWP (T) No. 9006 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. This has not been denied by the learned counsel for the respondent. The judgment dated 08.03.2011 in CWP(T) No. 9006 of 2008 is as follows :- “Heard. 2. The petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to pay to the petitioners( deceased petitioner No.5 through his legal heirs) the amount of due and admissible gratuity under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, if not already paid, along with interest @ 6% per annum , within three months from the date of production of copy of this judgment by the petitioner(s) along with statement of claim(s) which shall be subject to verification from the records of the respondent-Corporation, failing which higher interest @ 9% per annum shall be payable.” 2. The present petition is also disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 08.03.2011 and the period of three months shall run from the date of supply of copy of this judgment by any of the petitioners to the competent authority within a period of two weeks. The petition stands disposed of.
