Judgment :- 1. Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous, since, the relief prayed for by the petitioner, had been granted by the respondent. 2. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
