JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i. That respondents may be ordered to regularize the services of the petitioner w.e.f. August, 2007 when the services of other similarly situated persons were regularized with all the benefits incidental thereof.” 2. According to the petitioner, having long experience in service, he is entitled to relaxation of the Rules regarding pass in 8th standard. It is also submitted that in the case of similarly situated persons qualification has been relaxed. Reference is invited to Annexure P-1, judgment of this court in CWP No. 2584 of 2008, titled Geeta Ram vs. State of H.P. and ors. Petitioner submits that he would file an appropriate representation furnishing all factual details before the competent authority within a period of one month from today. It is always open for him to do so. The petitioner may point out all these aspects before the first respondent, in which case the first respondent/competent authority will take appropriate action in accordance with law and justice, without discriminating the petitioner, within four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the first respondent. 3. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
