JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties.The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the F.I.R. No. 262/2009 of Police Station, Sardarpura, Jodhpur. 2. Assailing the F.I.R., counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, has submitted that a bare reading of F.I.R. does not disclose commission of any offence. Moreover, the impugned F.I.R. has been lodged maliciously against the petitioners. 3. I have perused the F.I.R. impugned carefully. 4. A perusal of the F.I.R. impugned clearly discloses that there are grave allegations of cheating and misappropriation against the petitioners. Further, it cannot be said that the F.I.R. impugned does not disclose any offence against the petitioners.In this view of the matter, I do not find any force in the misc. petition and the same is hereby dismissed. The Investigation Officer is directed to conclude the investigation of the case expeditiously. 5. Stay petition also stands dismissed.Petition dismissed. *******
