JUDGMENT Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- (i) That a writ in the nature of mandamus may be issued directing the respondents to implement the order dated 23.11.2010 immediately with further directions to the respondents to relieve the petitioner from GSSS, Kumarsain and further to allow the petitioner to join at Gain Vigyan Samiti, Shimla. 2. The instructions furnished by the Director of Higher Education are taken on record, wherein it is stated that on completion of the examinations, petitioner will be relieved even without waiting for a substitute. 3. In view of the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of so also the pending application(s), if any.
