KURIAN JOSEPH, SANJAY KAROL

body2011
JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioner is aggrieved since he has been transferred from Shilaroo to Theog. Among other contentions, it is also stated that he is being frequently shifted. Further submission is that the petitioner is at the verge of retirement and it is only just and reasonable that he is permitted to continue at the same station within two years of his retirement. There is also a contention regarding the competence of the third respondent to pass the order of transfer. All these grievances, the petitioner may point out before the second respondent, in which case the second respondent will look into the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law and justice within another two weeks. In case the petitioner has been relieved, it will be open to him to avail leave till the representation is decided, as above. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
