JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “(a) That the amount due to Smt. Ganga Devi, mother of the applicants on account of adhoc pension of her deceased husband along with penal interest @ 18% per annum may please be ordered to be released to the applicants.” 2. The stand taken in the affidavit is that to the extent required, the action has been taken by the State Government and the rest is to be done by the State of Punjab. That affidavit is filed in the year 2002. In the above circumstances, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent, that in case the eligible benefits to the petitioner have not been disbursed so far, to follow up the matter with the State of Punjab, second respondent and see that the benefits due to the petitioner are disbursed within a period of three months. The question of interest is left open. A copy of this judgment will be communicated to the petitioners by the Registry.
