JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioner has approached this Court with certain grievances regarding engagement as PTA teacher. The following order was passed on 8.1.2010, which reads as under: “The petitioner was teaching as PTA Lecturer in the subject of Zoology in Government Degree College, Nadaun. However, now the post is lying vacant in Government Degree College, Indora. Consequently, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically to be appointed as PTA Lecturer in the subject of Zoology in Government Degree College, Indora.” 2. In terms of the said order, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
